1. Acceptance of Terms
By texting the keyword BETTY to (720) 303-4993, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Betty Household Notifications ("Betty") as described on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not opt in to the service.
2. Description of the Service
Betty Household Notifications is a personal, non-commercial SMS notification service operated by Eryn Palo for household use. The service is not used for advertising, marketing, or commercial messaging. The service exists solely to send informational household notifications to the account owner's own verified mobile phone number.
3. SMS Notifications
Betty sends informational text messages related to household tasks, including:
Meal planning reminders
Grocery cart notifications
Household reminders
Checkout reminders
No marketing, promotional, or third-party advertising messages are ever sent through this service.
4. Opt-In Process
To enroll, review the SMS disclosures on the Text Alerts page, then text BETTY to (720) 303-4993. Betty will automatically send a confirmation message before any future household notifications are delivered.
5. Message Frequency
You may receive up to 10 informational household notifications per month.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Betty is not responsible for any charges billed by your wireless carrier.
7. Opt-Out Instructions
You may unsubscribe from Betty Household Notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from (720) 303-4993. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
8. HELP Instructions
For assistance, reply HELP to any message received from (720) 303-4993, or contact the service owner directly using the information in the Contact Information section below.
9. Privacy
Your phone number is used solely to deliver the household notifications described in these Terms. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
10. Changes to the Service
These Terms & Conditions and the notifications sent by Betty may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the household service operates. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Disclaimer / Availability
Betty Household Notifications is provided on an as-is, as-available basis for personal household use. The service may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice, and no guarantee is made regarding message delivery, timing, or uptime.
